1. What's your return policy?
Our return policy is that: if you are not satisfied with the product, please return it in original package within two weeks. You WILL be charged 10% of the original price as the restocking fee to compensate our credit card service loss. The rest of the money will be fully refunded to you. Call Aim High to get a RMA number before returning the product. 2. Do you have retail store in other cities? We only sell our products online. All the information regarding our products will be listed on our websites. 3. How much will the shipping charges be?
